We put our Edgewater home on the market with Keith Goad during one of the most difficult times in recent history.  After ending a relationship with an agent that could not sell our home after six months, we met and signed up with Keith Goad.  Due to his research and advice on how to better market and price our home we not only learned we were pricing our to low, but we could do a much better (more targeted and thoughtful) marketing effort.  Keith brought in his team of people to fix up the house a bit – a paint job, a refurbished fireplace, etc.  No work at all for us.  He was confident that, along with his marketing efforts and selling skills, it would help sell the house – and he was absolutely right.  When we listed with Keith we had two competing offers in less than a week.  We made the money back that we used to fix the house up 5 times over.  We sold our home for 107% of our list price, which was more than 111% of the price that the prior agent had recommended.
